Every Objet D’Art item is made to order—designed with care and crafted to reflect your individual taste. While we hope you’re thrilled with your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we handle returns:


RETURNS — DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.
You may choose one of the following at no cost to you:

  • A replacement

  • A refund to your original payment method

  • Store credit for 100% of the item’s value

We may request clear photos of the issue to expedite processing. In some cases, a return may be required before the refund or replacement is issued.


RETURNS — FOR SIZE, STYLE, OR PREFERENCE

If you simply changed your mind or need a different fit, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. For these types of returns, you have two options:

  • Store Credit

    • You’ll receive 100% of the item's value as store credit

    • Your credit never expires and may be used toward any product on our site

    • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

  • Refund to Original Payment Method

    • A $12 handling fee will be deducted from your refund

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

    • Return shipping is also the responsibility of the customer

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Face masks, neck gaiters, underwear, and other hygienic products

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance


RETURN SHIPPING

  • For defective or damaged items: we’ll provide a prepaid return label

  • For all other returns: customers are responsible for shipping costs

If your return exceeds $75 in value, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
